For guitars, payment by cash, cheque and bank transfers will be accepted during collection. Testing can be arranged by appointment at our showroom while delivery can be arranged at an additional SGD$25. Other accessories will be delivered by post with payment made via cheque or bank transfers. A 1-2 delivery time is expected. All guitars come with 1 year warranty but do come back to us for any fixes after a year as we are committed to working with you for a lifetime. Most minor fixes will be completed at no charge subsequently and only a token fee will be charged for complicated fixes. Original replacement parts, if required, will be provided at cost (we get these cheap) as we do not seek to make a profit from your guitar issues. International Customers Payment We currently accept only payments through Bank Wire and Paypal with CONFIRMED shipping addresses. Worldwide Shipping We offer FREE Shipping for purchases above SGD$1500 / USD$1000 to Asia Pacific regions. We ship worldwide with our international courier of choice, FedEx. All our shipments are insured, professionally packed and tracked so you can be sure that we have a close eye on your new purchases. We offer some of the cheapest subsidised shipping rates worldwide. By default, we prefer to use FedEx’s 3-day shipping option which allows you to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. Any international purchase from us is guaranteed delivery within 3 days* upon completion of processing, which normally takes 24 hours, worldwide.
